1. As competitive accommodation rates have been negotiated and payment for your booking is made in advance by us, the following payment conditions apply:-

Full payment is taken at the time of booking for reservations less than 45 days prior to arrival.
20% deposit is taken at the time of booking for reservations more than 45 days prior to arrival.
Balance payment is due maximum 30 days prior to arrival.



Holiday insurance is not included.

2. Please check your booking details carefully before confirming your reservation. If you wish to change your booking with us an amendment fee of 15 € per booking will be made.

3. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your accommodation, please communicate this immediately to the hotel management. If you are unable to resolve your concerns satisfactorily, please contact us on Tel (00 34) 971 68 05 05 , FAX (00 34) is 971 68 33 07 or click to email us. Any complaints that are not registered with the hotel and Prima Travel while you are in resort will not be considered once you have left the accommodation. E-Mail us.

4. Information regarding the facilities and situation of each hotel is derived from details provided by the hotel management. Prima Travel act solely as agents between the guests and the hotel. In the event of the dispute between these parties, Prima Travel will make every effort to secure a satisfactory solution, but cannot accept responsibility in respect of either party.

5. Prima Travel, S.L. cannot be held responsible should the accommodation contracted by the client be cancelled due to events beyond their control.
Prima Travel, S.L. will endeavour to relocate clients to accommodation of a similar category and requirements.

6. If you cancel your HOTEL / APARTMENT/ VILLA arrangements after booking, the following cancellation charges are applicable

All cancellations must be notified to Prima Travel in writing by E-mail or fax. We regret we cannot make any refunds if cancellation is not notified to us. Any changes to bookings carry a 15 € admin. charge per change.

7. Reservations for less than 3 nights are subject to a 10 € booking fee. (per booking not per person)

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Any special requests must be advised to us at the time of booking and clearly noted on the Booking Form.

Whilst we will endeavour to meet/pass onto Hoteliers any reasonable special requests wherever possible,we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled.

Any failure to meet special requests will not be a breach of contract on our part.

We regret we cannot accept any conditional bookings (i.e. any booking which is specified to be conditional on the fulfilment of a special request)

RENT A CAR  

• Minimum 3 days hire
• Palma airport delivery only
• Minimum age 23. Maximum age 70
• Full driving licence essential. Please check in your country of origin the type of licence you may need.
• Rates include VAT, unlimited mileage and CDW (excess 150 €).
• Insurance does not include damage to tyres, wheels, windscreens and outside mirrors.
• Car hire period is calculated on a 24 hour basis.
  
  Delivery and petrol charges (to be paid direct to the car hire company in resort)
  
  Normal office hours - free delivery.
  After 23.00 hours, a delivery charge is applicable of 30 euros.
  
  Petrol not included. Car will be delivered with a full tank of petrol.
  Charges of petrol as follows Groups A&B 48 €.
  Groups C&D 65 €. Please leave tank empty on the last day as no refunds are given on petrol.

TRANSFERS

• Prima Travel transfer service is subcontracted out to a transport company and they only contract with transporters that offer a guaranteed service.
• The meeting point for all arrival transfers is in front of the Prima Travel desk in the arrival's hall (near centre exit) at Palma airport.
• 3 days cancellation notice is required. Any cancellation should be in writing to Prima Travel.
• Flight changes are to be notified to Prima Travel at least 3 days in advance. If actual day has been changed, an amendment fee of 15€ will apply per transfer.

LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

The present agreement will be governed by Spanish law. In the case that questions or differences of opinion arise as regards its interpretation or purpose, only the courts of the Balearic Islands will act as competent authorities, herein renouncing any other courts that could correspond.
